RULES OF THE APARTMENTS
■ In the apartment smoking is not allowed. Economic sanction of €50 for non-compliance.
■ Parties or behaviors that threaten the tranquility of the neighborhood are not allowed. You are obliged to respect and make appropriate use of the facilities, furniture and decoration of the apartment and the common areas, for the sole purpose of accommodation. Due to local regulations and company policy, noise will be avoided in the apartments during rest hours (0:00 - 8:00 hrs).
■ You will be given a fully furnished and equipped home, which you must return on the day of departure in the same conditions that you received it. The guest undertakes and agrees to leave the apartment in the same conditions and state in which it was delivered. Any damage to the apartment, furniture, construction elements, decoration, or dirt beyond what is reasonable, will be considered "Damage to the Property". These damages may lead to additional costs. Also, we remind you that ENMOLINATE is an accommodation provider as detailed in the contract/reservation confirmation; and that all the elements and equipment of the apartment are for your convenience and comfort. The substitution or absence of the same does not entail returns or compensation, neither in money nor in kind.
■ You must lock the door whenever you leave the apartment. ENMOLINATE is not responsible in case of theft or loss of personal belongings. Also during your stay you will be responsible for the use and conservation of the keys to your apartment, in case of loss or leaving the key inside, a penalty may be applied.
■ Staying with pets/animals is not allowed.
■ Objects left in the apartments are kept for a period of 15 days. By accepting these Terms and Conditions of the House, at the time of Registration/Check-In, you acquire a commitment of responsibility with ENMOLINATE, with respect to all of the above, this responsibility being extensible and mandatory for all accompanying persons. Said responsibilities include, but are not limited to: the damages that could be caused during your stay, the veracity of the information provided to make the reservation, and the payment method used for the rental of the apartment and/or applicable fines, which will be charged. automatically.
